there's been a pain in my left calf since a yr back.

finally the pain is unbearable so i head for a chinese sinseh today.

the pain is a signal from my spine coz my spine is slightly crooked. the muscles are connected hence causing the pain. the sinseh then try to put the spine back in place. goodness. it's freaking pain i tell ya.

i still have to go back for a few times to get it back. seriously i dun look forward to it.
