a friend bought this adorable pacifier pendant from Swaroski
siblings bought me a black dress too. probably can wear it this sat when i meet up with my girlfriends!
daddy & mummy gave me a Lucky ang bao! hee hee...
any more presents anyone? haha.

mummy & I trying to figure why is the mixture so watery
trying to mix very well and suddenly my fake eyelash dropped into the mixture! luckily i spotted it.
the strawberry kueh. haha. super ugly. sis and i cannot stop laughing
2nd attempt - look for another receipe for the sponge cake. the cake was salty instead of sweet. think it's because we use the "knife" oil instead of vege oil coz no vege oil at home.
3rd attempt - went to look for easier receipe. tried out the raspberry cheesecake. looked so beautiful, forgot to take a pic. but it was tasteless. even my younger sis doesn't wan to eat it. FYI, my youngest sis is a rubbish bin. she eats everything. she even said that the salty cake taste ok. hahaha.
4th attempt - the baked lemon cheesecake. finally it is edible and it tastes perfect! hahaha.

Doby hiding under the blanket coz the air-con was too strong. so cute.
nothing much interesting to blog recently.
other than work, will be dinner & movies with dear, occassional meetup with some friends, supper, beautifying myself and sending doby for his grooming.
all these can keep me real busy. time management must be real good. haha.
weekends are short lah. sad thing is when u have lots of things to do during the weekend, u get lesser sleep. so it doesn't make a diff if it's a weekday or weekend coz we gotta wake up early too. the only diff is we dun report to work.
work hasn't been smooth recently. i really wonder why. with sufficient manpower, we are still unable to perform to the efficiency level we use to have in the past. every report are still late. well, some ppl just dun have the sense of urgency. and us will rush like hell to make it for the cut-off time. everyday we face different issues. sometimes make me really feel like "surrendering". the worst part is the extra effort that i put in actually put myself into more trouble. instead of 'earning pts', it became 'minus pts'. haiz.
at last our team has a new avp. still learning how to work with him as we are unsure of his working style. he's trying to change alot of things which we find that some are good but some are really a hassle. undergoing a period of 'mini-management change' within the team, it really test our adaptability. 1st of all, alot of things we have to switch to "channel 5", which we really tried our best when it's work concerned. at least to let him know what is happening.
haiz. i felt that i'm happier when i'm still a junior. less worries. just report to work, finish my daily duties and Bye! i'm off work.
now i have to worry about how to work with the fellow colleagues so tt they will feel that we are being treated equally. sometimes they will complain to u that the others are so free or their pay are higher, seriously i cannot do anything loh. i can only listen. we are still a team. we need to work together to get things done. i'm also learning, well the lucky thing is i dun work directly with her. sometimes they will say words like "you now very free liao hor, no need to do funds". i dunno if u mean it in a joking manner or seriously u think tt i'm free. but do you know i have do other shitty stuffs, like solving issues which u all create? keep track of the emails which you all always dun reply? i check the funds u all do, on top of that i still do the daily duties with u all. i nvr exclude myself in the list ok. so to be really calculative, i running 2 roles. and i'm getting the same amt of pay you get. so who's the lugi one now?
Apart from tt, i have to be extra careful to prevent other ppl from back-stabbing me. such things happen when there is competition. i would say it's a crucial period.
Sometimes i wish to help some of them so tt we all can go home earlier, but on the other hand fearing that once u help them, they will take you for granted. and they can nvr learn & be on their own.
can't wait to go for the EQ course next week. Hopefully it will come in handy.
Argh..... i hate work.
