having sufficient sleep is so important. it can affect one in many ways.
results of insufficient sleep:- dark circles
- bodyaches
- hot-tempered
- low concentration level
- no energy for anything
these are some examples. And they all happen on me.
working ot everyday is preventing me from having enough rest. and i refuse to rest on weekends coz i felt that it's a waste of time. weekends are precious to me coz they are the only time i can spend with my loved ones.
and i have no time for my other activities! like my vocal class. i always want to go back for lesson which i had paid since last yr, but i couldn't find time for it.
Argh.... i hate myself now. where's the past syl who's always laughing with no worries?
